This matter is before the court on Defendant/Counterclaim Defendant James Cavanaugh's ("Cavanaugh") pro se motion to quash a subpoena allegedly issued from this court by Defendants/Counterclaim Plaintiffs Inter City Tire and Auto Center, Inc. and Inter City Retread, Inc.
