This litigation concerns a limited liability company that for approximately four years was jointly owned by Plaintiffs and one of the Defendants. Plaintiffs allege that Defendants engaged in a series of fraudulent actions designed to suppress the LLC's recovery of insurance proceeds after Hurricane Katrina and to wrest ownership of the LLC from Plaintiffs.
