Pro se Plaintiff, Dennis Obado, has filed a ninety-three page, seventeen count Second Amended Complaint against nearly twenty defendants. Plaintiff has successfully served eight defendants, all of which have now moved to dismiss the Second Amended Complaint. Plaintiff opposes all these motions.
