Dale Bain was a student at the Howard University College of Medicine from August 2005 until March 2009, when he was dismissed for academic reasons. He brought this suit for breach of his educational contract with Howard, which has moved for summary judgment. Any claims that accrued before September 2008 are time-barred, and no reasonable jury could find that Mr. Bain's dismissal was arbitrary...
