Plaintiff Larry Stoudmire brought this action charging race discrimination against his former employer, defendant U.S. Xpress, Inc. He claims that the company's conduct violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended (42 U.S.C. §§ 1981a, 2000e to 2000e-16).
