This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiff Icebreaker Limited's Motion (#59) for Summary Judgment (No Trademark Infringement) and Plaintiff's Motion (#62) for Partial Summary Judgment (No Damages). For the reasons that follow, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment (No Trademark Infringement) and DENIES as moot
