Plaintiffs Idaho Conservation League and the Northwest Environmental Defense Center ("Plaintiffs") filed this action against Atlanta Gold Corporation ("AGC") seeking an injunction, declaratory relief, and civil penalties pursuant to the Clean Water Act ("CWA") 33 U.S.C. § 1251 et seq.
