Plaintiffs — the United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union AFL-CIO-CLC ("the Union"), and USW Local 200 ("the Local") — commenced this action against Wise Alloys, LLC, asserting a breach of contract claim under section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947, 29 U.S.C. § 141 et seq.
