THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of the Debtor and Adversary Proceeding Defendant George Bashor [Doc. 1]. He appeals from an Order of the Bankruptcy Court holding that his debt to the Plaintiff-Appellee is non-dischargeable. For the reasons set forth below the Order of the Bankruptcy Court is reversed and this matter is remanded for further proceedings...
