Plaintiff Nagy Edrisse brings this action for workplace discrimination against Marriott International, Inc. ("Marriott"), six current Marriott employees (the "Individual Marriott Defendants") and one former Marriott employee, Frank Berry. The gravamen of the complaint is that defendants subjected plaintiff, a former Marriott restaurant server who is a black-Arab Muslim from Egypt, to a hostile work environment...
