Plaintiff Bernice Baynes slipped and fell while shopping at a Home Depot. Baynes alleges Defendant Home Depot U.S.A., Inc. ("Home Depot")1 negligently failed to clean a slippery substance from its floor. She seeks damages for her medical expenses and pain and suffering.
