On April 14, 2011, at the close of a bench trial, I indicated my intention to award SensorCom, Inc., the plaintiff in this action, a judgment of $2,276,000 against Scitor, Inc., the defendant. At the time, I noted that this amount would be subject to modification, pending a decision on SensorCom's motion for attorneys' fees and prejudgment interest.
