Plaintiff, a prisoner incarcerated at the G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, filed a complaint pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On November 10, 2009, this court dismissed Plaintiff's complaint without prejudice for failure to pay the entire initial partial filing fee.
