Pending before the court is the defendant's Motion to Strike Class Allegations and Motion to Dismiss the First Amended Complaint (Docket No. 27), the plaintiffs' response (Docket No. 33), and the defendant's reply (Docket No. 36). For the reasons discussed below, the defendant's motion will be granted in part and denied in part.
