Sykes was the Special Agent in Charge of the Secret Service detail that protected Claudia "Lady Bird" Johnson, former First Lady of the United States, from April 2003 to September 2005, when he was involuntarily reassigned to the position of Assistant Special Agent in Charge at the Secret Service's J.J. Rowley Training Center. Mr. Sykes complains here that the reassignment was an adverse employment...
