ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR A NEW TRIAL ON THE GROUNDS OF JUROR MISCONDUCT

The issue here is whether juror access to extraneous information on the Internet supports a motion for a new trial. Since the plaintiffs have been unable to show that the information reached any member of the jury during the trial or deliberations, the motion is DENIED.
