Plaintiff Gary Berntsen is a former covert employee of the Central Intelligence Agency ("CIA"). He is also the author of Jawbreaker, a book describing some of his experiences while working in his former covert capacity. Pursuant to a secrecy agreement executed between the parties, Berntsen submitted a draft manuscript of Jawbreaker
