Plaintiffs, Méndez Internet Management Services, Inc. ("MIMS") and its president James Méndez, bring this action against Defendants, Banco Santander de Puerto Rico ("BSPR"), Banco Popular de Puerto Rico ("BPPR"), Doral Bank ("DB"), RG Premier Bank of Puerto Rico ("RG"), Westernbank of Puerto Rico ("WPR"), Gilberto Arvelo, and DrShoper.com.
