I. INTRODUCTION

This case comes before the court on the plaintiff's motion for attorneys' fees and costs. The plaintiff, Campaign for Responsible Transplantation ("CRT"), is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating awareness regarding the dangers of a cellular treatment therapy called xenotransplantation.
