This action arises from Plaintiff/Intervenor Cheryl Perich's ("Perich") employment relationship with Defendant Hosanna-Tabor Evangelical Lutheran Church and School ("Hosanna-Tabor"). Hosanna-Tabor officially terminated Perich from her teaching position on April 11, 2005. On May 17, 2005, Perich filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity...
