On May 8, 2007, Plaintiff filed his Amended Complaint seeking recovery pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et. seq. ("Title VII") and 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff alleges that Defendants discriminated against him based on his race and that he was terminated in retaliation for filing an internal grievance.
