Pending before the Court is Plaintiff EEOC's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (doc. #112), to which plaintiff intervenor Chad Farr has filed a one-sentence joinder (doc. #111).1 Having considered the parties' memoranda in light of the evidence of record, the Court finds that the motion should be granted in part and denied in part pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56.
