Defendant Timothy Green was convicted of being a felon in possession of a firearm, 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1), after the police seized a gun from the residential backyard in which he was arrested. On appeal, Green challenges the denial of his motion to suppress the gun on Fourth Amendment
