For almost 30 years, Debra Prill worked for the Eau Claire, Wisconsin County Highway Department performing physically demanding work, including driving a dump truck and maintaining roads. She also suffered from pain in her lower back and knees, which was exacerbated by a car accident and multiple work injuries.
