Larry O'Neal was employed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) when he came under investigation for downloading child pornography on his home computer. Following his indictment and a trial, a jury convicted O'Neal of one count of possession of child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(5)(B).
