OPINION

This case under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) reaches our court for a second time. On Susan Card's first appeal, we found that the administrator of her disability plan arbitrarily denied her benefits, so we ordered a remand to the plan administrator for it to take a second look at her claims.
