ORDER

The United States Supreme Court reversed the judgment in this case and remanded the case to this court for further proceedings. See TransUnion LLC v. Ramirez, ___ U.S. ___, 141 S.Ct. 2190, 2214, 210 L.Ed.2d 568 (2021). We remand this case to the district court for further proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court's decision.
