A jury found Daeron Merrett guilty of offenses involving drug trafficking and possession of a firearm. The district court1 sentenced him to 180 months' imprisonment. On appeal, Merrett contests a pre-trial discovery ruling, two jury instructions, and his sentence. We affirm.
