Defendant-Appellant Jerry Ray Craine pleaded guilty to one count of possessing a firearm after having been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(9). The charge arose out of Mr. Craine's possession and use of a firearm to shoot and kill his father, Thomas Craine.
