MEMORANDUM*

Plaintiff Hungerstation LLC sued defendants Fast Choice LLC, DBA Pace (Pace) and Inspiring Trading Apps LLC, DBA Swyft (Swyft) for allegedly recruiting Hungerstation's former employees to steal its confidential and proprietary information. The district court dismissed for lack of personal jurisdiction. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291. We affirm.
