OPINION

James McKinney shot and killed his partially paralyzed roommate, James Harper. McKinney then fled in Harper's van, carrying Harper's wallet and in possession of the gun he used to kill Harper. After McKinney was arrested, he confessed to murdering Harper. McKinney successfully moved to suppress the confession...
