A bankruptcy court held that a legal malpractice judgment against debtor-appellant John Jahrling was not dischargeable because the judgment was for a "defalcation while acting in a fiduciary capacity." See 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4). The district court affirmed, and so do we.
