A jury found Sean Eric Slaton guilty of 33 crimes, all of which stemmed from his receipt of federal worker's compensation from July 2011 through March 2013. In sentencing him for those crimes, the district court calculated his advisory guidelines range as 18-24 months imprisonment but did not sentence him to any incarceration...
