Following his arrest for firing a handgun at a Coast Guard helicopter, appellant John Watson, Jr. ("Watson"), who suffers from Delusional Disorder, Persecutory Type, was found incompetent to stand trial and committed to the custody of the Attorney General for mental health treatment
