Marjorie Tramp appeals from the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Associated Underwriters, Inc., on Tramp's claims of wrongful termination on the basis of age and disability in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et. seq., and the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq.1
