Product Fabricators, Incorporated ("PFI") terminated employee Adam Breaux. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC") and Breaux appeal the district court's1 adverse grant of summary judgment in favor of PFI. Having jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, we affirm.
