Fastpath, Inc. sued Arbela Technologies Corp. for breach of a mutual confidentiality agreement. Arbela moved to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. The district court2 dismissed. Fastpath appeals. Having jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, we affirm.
