Defendant-Appellant Sammy Salazar ("Salazar") violated the terms of his supervised release, and was sentenced to a prison term plus an additional period of supervised release. The parties dispute both the standard of review and the legality of a special condition of supervised release imposed on Salazar. We review the district court's sentencing conditions for an abuse of discretion, and hold that the district court abused its discretion...
