Demetrius Harris appeals his 120-month sentence for conspiracy to distribute, and to possess with intent to distribute, cocaine and marijuana, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(b)(1)(A)(ii), (vii). Harris's sentencing guideline range was initially calculated at 97 to 121 months.
