The City of Jacksonville, Arkansas (City), terminated June Brown's employment for "Failure in Performance of Duties" and "Failure in Personal Conduct." On November 10, 2010, Brown sued the City and her supervisors, Paul Mushrush and Cheryl Erkel, claiming the City's reasons for terminating her employment were pretextual.
