Plaintiff Carol Ann Smith appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of her former employer, the Perkins Board of Education, as well as its superintendent and the principal of the middle school at which she was a teacher. Plaintiff alleges that she was terminated on account of her age in violation of Ohio Rev.Code § 4112.14, that she was denied reasonable accommodations and was the victim of retaliation...
