A jury convicted Robert Garcia of conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and Oxycodone in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a), 841(b)(1)(A), and 846, and aiding and abetting possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a), 841(b)(1)(A) and 18 U.S.C. § 2. The district court1 sentenced Garcia to 240 months of imprisonment...
