Christopher Grant was convicted of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute crack cocaine. The district court sentenced him at the middle of the Sentencing Guidelines range. Subsequently, Grant moved for a sentence reduction pursuant to Amendment 706 of the crack-cocaine Guidelines.
