A jury convicted Ahmet Keskes of six counts of wire fraud and five counts of mail fraud arising out of his receipt and sale of stolen merchandise over the Internet. The district court sentenced him to 78 months' imprisonment on each count to run concurrently. Keskes timely appealed, arguing that the district court erred in denying his motion for a mistrial based on the prosecutor's comment that a judge had issued a search warrant for Keskes...
