A jury convicted Carlos Burgos of one count of conspiring to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute marijuana, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. Mr. Burgos challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support the conviction and also claims that the district court erred in giving a "willful blindness" instruction.
