Juan Martin Reyes-Medina pleaded guilty to two counts of knowingly and intentionally using a communication facility in committing, causing, or facilitating a drug trafficking crime in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 843(b). The district court sentenced him to 48 months' imprisonment on Count I, and 39 months on Count II, to run consecutively.
