Plaintiff-Appellant Jeffrey Kalich filed a complaint against his former employer, Defendant-Appellee AT & T Mobility, LLC, ("AT & T"), in state court pursuant to Michigan's Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act ("ELCRA").
