OPINION OF THE COURT

FISHER, Circuit Judge.

John Hill appeals from a judgment of conviction and sentence in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He claims that the District Court erred by imposing a sentence above the Guidelines range without following proper sentencing procedures. We agree, and for the reasons stated below we will vacate his sentence and remand for resentencing.
