In this appeal in a criminal case, we principally consider whether there was reasonable, articulable suspicion to detain the defendant's vehicle, whether the duration of the detention was unreasonable, and whether certain prior "bad act" evidence was admissible. Fredrick Lamar McBride was tried by a jury and convicted of (1) possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§...
