Naren Chaganti ("Chaganti") appeals the decision by the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences ("Board") affirming the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's ("PTO") rejection of all pending claims of U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 09/307,752 ("the '752 application") and the Board's subsequent denial of Chaganti's Request for Reconsideration. Based on the discussion below, we AFFIRM.
